Our Story
Founded in Mumbai in 2009, Satva Inc. has grown from a regional trading house to a global commerce partner serving businesses across 50+ countries.
Who We Are
Satva Inc. was founded in 2009 with a singular mission: to make international trade accessible, transparent, and efficient for Indian businesses. What began as a small import facilitation desk in Mumbai's bustling trade district has evolved into a full-spectrum global commerce partner.
Today, we manage over 1,200 shipments annually, spanning commodities, manufactured goods, agricultural products, chemicals, textiles, and specialty items. Our team of 80+ professionals operates across 6 offices — from Mumbai to Dubai, Singapore, and London.
At Satva, we don't just move goods. We move relationships forward — built on trust, transparency, and a relentless commitment to our clients' success on the global stage.
What Drives Us
Every transaction is built on honest dealing, transparent pricing, and accountability at every step of the supply chain.
From HS codes to freight routing, we sweat the details so our clients don't have to — accuracy is our standard.
Global trade moves fast. We adapt to policy shifts, market changes, and client needs with speed and confidence.
We see every client relationship as a long-term partnership — your growth drives ours, and we invest accordingly.

What We Offer
From procurement and freight to compliance and finance — we handle every dimension of international trade so you can focus on growth.
Our Services
Satva Inc. manages the full import lifecycle — from identifying and vetting international suppliers to coordinating customs clearance and last-mile delivery within India. We work with importers across industries including electronics, chemicals, machinery, textiles, and raw materials.
Our team maintains relationships with over 400 verified global suppliers and monitors DGFT regulations, duty structures, and import licensing requirements on an ongoing basis.
We help Indian manufacturers and traders reach international buyers efficiently. Our export desk handles everything from buyer identification and RCMC/FIRC registration to FOB/CIF documentation and realisation of export proceeds.
Our freight division manages sea, air, and multimodal cargo movements across 50+ countries. We partner with leading carriers including Maersk, MSC, Emirates SkyCargo, and Air India Cargo to offer competitive rates and reliable transit timelines.
Navigating customs is complex and constantly evolving. Our compliance team stays ahead of regulatory changes across every jurisdiction we operate in — ensuring your cargo clears borders without delays, penalties, or demurrage costs.
For businesses looking to enter new markets or optimise existing trade flows, our consultancy team provides data-driven strategic advisory. We assess tariff competitiveness, map supply chain risks, and design trade structures that maximise profitability.
Access to working capital is often the biggest constraint for growing trade businesses. Satva Inc. structures and facilitates trade finance instruments in partnership with leading Indian and international banks — from simple LC issuance to complex structured trade finance arrangements.
